- Please note that the shipment is not allowed to be opened with the courier present, for any requests (Exchanges/Returns), please refer to our Exchange & Return policy.

The courier will be attempting to deliver the order 3 times before they automatically cancel it, so please make sure you're reachable and available to receive the order within the 3 attempts. (postponing the order, changing the address, not picking up, etc .. counts as an attempt)

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tag intact.

- You will need to provide a clear picture of the product, showcasing its condition, and ensuring the tag is intact.
- Items on discount are not eligible for a return, but a size exchange is allowed.

- Contact us through our Instagram page @taube_____ within 24 hours of receiving your product, following the mentioned guidelines.
- Once your exchange request is confirmed, our team will arrange for the delivery of your requested item.
- Upon delivery, the courier will collect the item you wish to exchange.
- Please note that delivery fees for the exchanged item will apply.

Refund Policy
You can easily return your order through the shipping company.
Once we receive and check it, we’ll refund your amount (minus shipping fees) within 3–7 days after you hand it to the courier.
